Richard Manley-Tannis

Richard Manley-Tannis is a Diaconal Minister in The United Church of Canada with pastoral experience in a multi-team environment and has worked in organizational change and development in secular, not-for-profit and faith-based contexts. His doctoral was completed at Tilburg University in the Netherlands in 2020. His doctoral work explored the history of The United Church of Canada through relational construction. The intention of his project has been to outline ways in which the denomination might navigate the change it is currently navigating.

Richard can be found online blogging regularly and engaging in conversations that range from nurturing the social good to whether Star Trek or Star Wars best reflects the aspirations of our times.
