International Students

St. Andrew’s College is a theological school of The United Church of Canada which prepares students for ministry in a variety of ways.

St. Andrew’s College seeks to proclaim and embody Jesus Christ’s message of compassion, justice and hope in a radically inclusive way by working in a Prairie context and in partnership with others to prepare persons for Christian leadership, ordered and lay.

As a post-graduate school St. Andrew’s College offers degrees of Master of Divinity (3 years) for people pursuing ordained ministry, Master of Theological Study (2 years) which provides a solid theological foundation for life or for work in society or the church. The Doctor of Ministry with a focus on Rural Ministry and Community Development is a professional degree designed for students who are in an active ministry context while they study.

St. Andrew’s College also offers the courses necessary for ordained ministers from other denominations to receive admission to the ordered ministry of The United Church of Canada.

All international students must meet the English language requirements before beginning their studies at St. Andrew’s College.
