Presented by the Oliver & Gruchy Learning Centre at St. Andrew’s College in partnership with the Centre for Educational Excellence at Simon Fraser University.
You know your material. But can your audience hear it, follow it, and stay with you?
Join Sanders Whiting, Voice and Presentation Skills Specialist with Simon Fraser University’s Centre for Educational Excellence, for a hands-on workshop on connecting more effectively with an audience in lectures, meetings, symposiums, and other presentation settings.
Through guided exercises, participants will work on common challenges like nervousness, low volume, speaking too quickly, and monotone delivery, while developing a more balanced, expressive, and engaging presentation style.
